Decision to purchase
The decision to purchase a product from this website is made completely by the purchaser. In the event that you require very detailed specific product information that is not available in the item descriptions then we strongly suggest you contact the product manufacturer directly for the most comprehensive up-to-date product information available to assist you in your decision to purchase.
Horse/ Pony Rugs & Exercise Sheets
Firstly, we strongly suggest that you measure your horse in order to purchase the correct size rug or exercise sheet. For guidance on measuring your horse or pony for a rug or exercise sheet please click on the “Rug Size Guide” below.
When you try your new rug or exercise sheet on your horse or pony, please ensure that you do not remove the manufacturer’s tags from the item, that you do not destroy or damage the manufacturers packaging and that you do try your new rug on over the top of a clean summer sheet or clean cotton bed sheet. The manufacturers’ tags & packaging all form part of the product and you have a legal duty to take care of the entire item not just the rug / exercise sheet itself.
In the event that you wish to return a rug, you are required to return it in “new condition”, (un-used, un-marked, un-stretched) complete with tags still attached & all manufacturers packaging. If you fail to comply with these requirements we will consider you to be in breach of your legal duty to take reasonable care of the item and will claim any reduction in resale value of the item from you, which may be deducted at our discretion from the refund.

Do not force the footwear on, and certainly do not force zips or fastenings, you will damage the footwear and possible yourself also.
If the footwear does not fit you, please follow our returns policy / exchange information detailed above. In the event that you have used force on footwear zips or fastenings and have damaged the footwear, then we shall consider you to be in breach of your legal duty to take reasonable care of the item and will take steps to recover our losses from you. If we have reason to suspect that you have deliberately damaged the footwear in anyway in order to claim they were faulty on arrival, we will take measures to recover our losses from you and where necessary inform the legal authorities.
